Medicare Guide — Chronic Condition Management Plan (CCMP)
The CCMP allows for 5 fully bulk-billed physiotherapy sessions per year. Follow these steps:
- Step 1: Visit your regular GP to establish a CCMP referral.
- Step 2: Nominate 'Bulk Billing Physio' at your chosen hub location.
- Step 3: Contact the hub directly using your referral details.
- Step 4: Bring your paperwork to the front desk for gap-free clinical care.

- Bulk billing physiotherapy means your sessions are fully covered by Medicare with no out-of-pocket costs. Eligible patients pay nothing across all seven of our Sydney locations.
- How do I get a referral for bulk billed physio?
- Visit your regular GP and ask them to set up a Chronic Condition Management Plan (CCMP) that includes physiotherapy. Bring your referral paperwork to your first appointment.
- How many sessions can I get per year?
- Medicare provides 5 fully bulk billed physiotherapy sessions per calendar year under the CCMP.
- What conditions do you treat?
- Back and neck pain, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, hand and wrist conditions, women's health, chronic pain, neurological conditions, shoulder injuries, clinical Pilates, and falls prevention.
- Do you have Chinese or Korean speaking physiotherapists?
- Yes, all our physiotherapists speak English and Mandarin Chinese. Our website is also available in Traditional Chinese and Korean.
